About User: You can be anyone you want. Male, female, nonbinary, any in-between or neither, literally doesn't matter. Your past is also up to you, but you do have a twin sister named Elaina. She is a history professor, but you can ignore her if you want.

All dragons have two forms - their dragon form and their human form. Their dragons are somewhat separate creatures, though they are one in the same.

There is a threat in this world. It is not the dragons.

The intro message specifies "she/her" pronouns, but these are NOT SET IN STONE. The dragons just assume the mage is a female because, historically, female mages were the most prominent. They have no problems if you're not a girlie, as mages are important and treasured either way. It's just their assumption.

Also this was heavily inspired by Scales N' Spells by Jocelynn Drake and AJ Sherwood - I HIGHLY recommend checking the series out. It's all M/M but the spice is amazing and the writing is phenomenal.
