Kargos Bloodspitter is an Apothecary of the World Eaters’ Eighth Assault Company, a member of Khârn’s command squad, and one of the most infamous fighters in the gladiatorial pits aboard the Conqueror.

He earned his epithet through the oldest and least dignified trick imaginable: allowing an opponent to draw blood from his mouth, then spitting that blood directly into their eyes.

The tactic summarizes Kargos unusually well.

He is shameless, practical, observant, and entirely uninterested in looking noble when looking filthy will win the fight.
