Story:

Everything had began three thousand years ago...

in an era where legends and myths were indistinguishable from reality. A group of misfits, destined to be remembered as ‘Kings,’ ‘Gods,’ and the ‘Four Great Evils,’ embarked on a perilous quest to uncover a fabled source of "Unlimited Power.” This power, it was said, could elevate mere peasants to kings—no, gods. The legend had only been sought twice before and remained an elusive whisper passed between drunken strangers in dimly lit taverns. Among those dreamers, a young rogue named Arthur Graham, known more for his thieving ways and frivolous spending than for heroism, took up the quest.

Arthur was a scrappy youth, lean but wiry, with piercing green eyes and Auburn hair that was tied into a messy ponytail, . A man who lived by chance and charm, he had an uncanny knack for pulling together a group of equally unusual companions. For this impossible quest, he assembled three kindred spirits, each an outcast in their own right.

WYFRA

a 13-year-old Evian who had been cast out from the First Tree—the sacred heart of Evian culture—for his violent and crude tendencies. The Evian people, known for their ethereal beauty, lean physiques, and preternatural skill with bows and harps, were typically peaceful beings. Their elongated ears, flowing silver hair, and a luminous glow that seemed to radiate from their very essence were trademarks of their kind. But Wyfra was a striking anomaly. His hair was cropped short and ragged, his eyes burned with a fiery crimson hue, and his lithe frame bore scars from countless brawls...And with his banishment he was sent onto the slums to die. That is where he met Arthur...His quest intrigued the Evian..The two creating a partnership.

DIAPHTHORA

a towering Brarlie who was as grotesque as he was formidable. The Brarlie, a race infamous for their one-eyed visage, alabaster skin, and monstrous strength, were often dismissed as mindless brutes. Diaphthorá’s appearance was an embodiment of their infamy: his single, glowing yellow eye dominated his scarred face, framed by wild, matted black hair that fell in uneven clumps. His body was a grotesque sculpture of muscle and sinew.., His need for violence had grew, Eventually resulting in The brarlie sending off their kin to the slums..Deeming him to dangerous to remain amongst them..., And that is where he could wind of this legendary power. And also where he met Arthur

ZOZZAK

A ladnin poet and an enigma among his kin. The ladnin were a terrifying race with crimson skin, blackened eyes, and horns that curled like a ram's horns. They were natural-born warriors, feared across the lands for their savage might. Yet Zozzak defied this imagine. Thin and bookish, his delicate hands were most accustomed to holding quills than swords. his intellectual pursuit had made him an outcast, stripped of his place within the Lune, the militant heart of Ladnin society. And without a second thought they sent the ladnin off,This sparking a need. One he himself admitted was foolish. A need to prove himself, an Insecurity that had taken root and one that Arthur had flowered to get the Ladnin to join him.

Together, these four forged an alliance. Their combined talents made them formidable, but their journey was fraught with peril and moral quandaries. They sought the fabled power, but what would happen if such a twisted group of souls actually obtained it? Even as they ventured forth, rumors of their quest reached the ears of others. Among them was Constance, a devout member of the Lode Heart Church. Constance, a fierce and righteous woman with a mane of golden hair and a commanding presence, vowed to reach the power first and prevent it from falling into the wrong hands.

The journey was burdensome. . The group’s first challenge lay in the tumultuous North Sea, where they battled krakens—massive, tentacled beasts that threatened to drag their ship into the abyss. After narrowly surviving, they reached the Lush Vales, a verdant paradise where they armed themselves with enchanted gear.

Their next destination was Eapatika, a scorched land of fire and ash, home to dragons and wyverns.

where they intended to slay the Dragon King Ozzyd. Arthur had heard whispers that the Dragon King’s heart was the key to unlocking the portal leading to ultimate power.

Through stealth and grit, they infiltrated Eapatika.. Here, they faced the Dragon King, Ozzyd, an ancient and majestic beast with scales that shimmered like molten gold. His roar shook the earth, and his fiery breath turned the land to glass.

After a harrowing battle that pushed them to their limits, they slew Ozzyd, tearing his colossal heart from his chest. This heart, a pulsating mass of molten energy, was rumored to be a key to the portal leading to the Unlimited Power. Leaving Eapatika a shell of its former self. The fire gone and the dragons and wyvern attempting desperately to relight it.

the group set sail once more, venturing to a nameless, desolate island in the middle of a roaring sea. The island was a jagged expanse of spiked rocks and endless crevices, its air heavy with the stench of sulfur. At its center loomed a colossal stone mountain

Within the mountain, they descended a spiral staircase carved into the rock, each step plunging them deeper into darkness. The air grew colder, the only light coming from their flickering torch. At the staircase’s abrupt end, they faced a bottomless void. In the silence, Zozzak held the Dragon King’s heart aloft. With trembling hands, he cast it into the abyss. For a moment, nothing happened, and panic set in. Had they been deceived by legend?

Then the mountain trembled violently. The void began to churn, swallowing the staircase and the adventurers. Darkness enveloped them, extinguishing their torch and plunging them into the unknown.

This was how things happend according to Zozzak's account.

When they returned, the world had changed—and so had they.

Arthur.

Arthur Graham became a legend. His fighting prowess was unparalleled, his movements graceful yet lethal. His physique transformed—taller, more muscular, marked with dark blue, burn-like scars. Arthur became the first wielder of Mana, a force that allowed him to heal wounds with a touch and unleash beams of light capable of slaying even the fiercest dragons. Declaring himself King of Humanity, he gifted Mana to all humans. Though their powers were weaker, it gave them the edge over other species. Yet Mana bore a curse: Spectral Burn, a disease marked by the same dark-blue burns that drained its victims into husks. Suspicion arose when Arthur stopped aging, but his elite Eclipse army silenced dissent. Humanity flourished, mastering fire, electricity, and even reality-bending powers, until Constance

The woman and her covenant had only been able to chase the tail end of Arthur’s forces, following the path of destruction they left behind in the now ashen land. On Eapatika, she did what she could—gaining the trust of dragons and wyverns to restore fire to the land naturally. With their aid, she crossed the expanse sea atop a great dragon, who set her down at the Nameless Jagged Mountain. When Constance emerged from the mountain, she was transformed. A different woman now, she and her covenant returned to the mainland with a singular purpose.

Constance's first "crime" against humanity was altering Mana and sharing it with the wyverns and dragons, granting them the ability to breathe fire and teleport. Her second act was spreading rumors that Spectral Burn had been intentionally woven into Mana as a mechanism to prolong Arthur's life. She claimed Arthur could have bestowed humanity with far stronger Mana if he had truly desired. But humanity refused to believe her—she had no proof. For this, Arthur, the Lode Church, and humanity declared war on Constance, and she, in turn, declared war on humanity.

She forsook her humanity entirely, merging her body with the remains of the ancient Dragon-King to become the first Qalu—a being neither fully human nor dragon, but a fearsome blend of both. The war raged for 20 long years, a bitter conflict between humanity and the alliance of dragons, wyverns, and the Qalu.

In the war’s final days, Arthur faced the Dragon Queen in single combat, far from the Eclipse army that had been pushed back. Their clash shook the land, but it was the queen who emerged victorious, slaying the immortal king. With Arthur’s death, the curse of Spectral Burn vanished, as if it had been tied to his very existence. The dragons and wyverns retreated alongside their queen to a new land they called the Firelands, leaving humanity to rebuild.

WYFRA

Wyfra received the same courtesy as Arthur—admiration tainted by hatred and disappointment, which swiftly warped into fear and begrudging respect. His body bore strange, white burn-like markings that stretched in clean lines from his neck to his feet. When asked about their origin, Wyfra claimed they were the markings of “God.” A strange answer, yet not wholly unbelievable, given the extraordinary act of generosity that followed.

Among the Evian kind, Wyfra bestowed a gift known as Hellion. This enigmatic force allowed the Evians to manipulate light itself, reversing injuries, creating tangible structures of pure light, and amplifying their physical abilities far beyond what their lean, delicate frames would suggest. For the Evians, Hellion was a marvel—a boon they had never dreamed possible.

But Wyfra was not content with their gratitude. No, he demanded compensation, and the Evians had no choice but to comply. His strength, even without Hellion, was unmatched. Bowing their heads in submission, the Evians created a position of reverence and power, crowning Wyfra as their first royal—King of the Evians.

His reign, however, was one of cruelty and depravity. Wyfra’s rule was marked by tyranny, forcing the inhabitants of the Great Tree to serve his every whim. He demanded tributes he did not need and subjected his subjects to humiliating acts, taking from them their dignity and freedom. Among the Four Kings, Wyfra was the most loathsome, his corruption unmatched by the others.

And unlike humanity, the Evian kind found no savior in the Dragon Queen. The altered version of Spectral Burn that plagued them was cruel and insidious. It acted quickly but did not claim lives. Instead, it stripped its victims of their ability to wield Hellion, leaving them mocked and ostracized by their own kin—a fate worse than death for many.

Wyfra’s reign of terror persisted until it came to an abrupt and unexpected end at the hands of Diaphthrá.

DIAPHTHRA.

Diaphthrá’s return was met with celebration. He had played a pivotal role in the death of the Dragon-King, and his victory was revered by all. However, the joy of his homecoming quickly shifted into something darker. A sadistic pleasure filled Diaphthrá as he blessed the Brarlie kind with Vror—a berserker energy that granted them unmatched strength, speed, and the ability to grow at will. His body was marked with circular burn scars, each one a testament to his power and his sacrifice. But who cared? He had gifted them with the ability to become gods.

And with this newfound power, the Brarlie kind did just that. They became gods in their own right. Their invasions spread across the lands of those unblessed by Vror, Mana, Hellion, or Kog’draz. They took the territories of weaker species, claiming their land with brutal force and unwavering strength. To the humans, they were barbarians; to the Evians, they were giants; and to the Ladnin, they were nothing but scum.

Yet despite all their conquests, Diaphthrá was not satisfied. He had taken the lands of those who could barely defend themselves, but that was not enough. He wanted more. And so, with reckless ambition, he pushed his luck. Leading an army of Brarlie, he marched to the Great Tree, the heart of Evian society. The Evians fought fiercely to protect their home, their resistance unyielding. The Brarlie were driven back, their assault failing.

But Wyfra, still holding the crown of Evian King, could not let this affront go unanswered. The two species were plunged into an endless war—a war that seemed to have no end in sight. It came to a head when two generals, one from each army, clashed in a brutal confrontation. Their battles were fierce, unrelenting. In one particularly long engagement, the two generals disappeared, leaving only their swords behind. The battle ended, but the war raged on.

Eventually, Diaphthrá and Wyfra met in a final, violent confrontation over the North Sea. Their battle was cataclysmic, and in the end, both fell. Their deaths marked a temporary pause in the war, as both armies retreated in the wake of their leaders' demise.

Years passed, and the Brarlie species discovered something unexpected. A new branch had emerged—Griwlor, a hybrid of Brarlie and Evian. These new beings possessed the strength and speed of the Brarlie but bore the delicate appearance of the Evians. The combination was strange, even unsettling, but it was welcomed by the Brarlie. They viewed the Griwlor as a new evolution, a step forward.

The Evians, however, were repulsed. The very thought of such a union—of Brarlie and Evian—was an insult to their pride. To them, the Griwlor were an abomination, a spitting image of everything they despised. The two species would never see eye to eye again.

ZOZZAK

Zozzak’s return was met with anticipation. Word had spread through the Ladnin kind about a man named Arthur—a human who had achieved such power that the thought of it filled them with awe. If a mere monkey could achieve such greatness, what could Zozzak bring to the table?

Zozzak was different now. His skin had become porcelain white, his hair pitch black, and his once-proud tail was gone. In truth, he could easily be mistaken for a living skeleton. But no one cared about Zozzak’s health. He was here to gift the Ladnin what they deserved—what they had earned by being of the same species as him. And so, Zozzak obliged. He gifted the Ladnin kind Kog’draz, a blessing of enlightenment. Their once-violent nature was wiped away, replaced with absolute tranquility. With Kog’draz, the Ladnin became more than just creatures of brute force—they gained superior intellect, the ability to grasp any concept or idea upon hearing it once, and the power to understand and speak any language.

The blessing of knowledge was welcomed by the majority of the Ladnin, but it didn’t sit well with one among them: Garzolar. Despite his enhanced intellect, Garzolar found himself yearning for the raw, untamed aggression he had once known. Driven by this desire to return to his former self, he began manipulating the gift of Kog’draz. He altered its peaceful nature, removing the tranquility that had been instilled in the Ladnin kind. He "de-evolved," regaining his violent tendencies while maintaining the intellectual gifts of Kog’draz. He called this new hidden branch Jonener—a breed of Ladnin who still carried the gift of intellect, but whose hearts burned with rage.

Garzolar’s ambition drove him to force the Jonener trait onto those he saw as useful for his plans. His goal was clear: to kill Zozzak and claim the title of King of the Ladnin. While many Ladnin could fight, the peace instilled by Kog’draz had dulled their vigor, making it all the more difficult for them to resist Garzolar’s plot.

Over the years, Garzolar built a small, secretive cult of Jonener followers, slowly rising through the ranks of Ladnin society. Then, when the time was right, he struck. Zozzak was slain, and Garzolar used his influence over the Jonener to manipulate the scene. He forced those affected by the Jonener trait to claim responsibility for the murder, sending them to the scene to cover up his crime.

A wide-scale investigation ensued. Was it a human who had done it? The giant, brutish scum? It couldn’t have been the Evians—after all, they didn’t leave their territory unless it was to wage war. The investigation was left at a standstill, with no answers to Zozzak’s death.

With the king gone, the closest individual to him was elevated to his position: Garzolar. With his newfound power, he began enforcing his will across the Ladnin kind. He established training camps where young Ladnin were forced into combat training and, more insidiously, taught how to impose Jonener upon themselves. This created a growing rift between the Ladnin who held the peaceful blessing of Kog’draz and those who had adopted the violent tendencies of Jonener. Conflict brewed within the Ladnin kind, setting the stage for a battle that threatened to tear their society apart.

And after the reigns of Arthur, Wyfra, Diaphthrá, and Garzolar had come to their bloody ends, new information spread across the lands like wildfire. It struck each of the species with the weight of revelation, causing widespread panic in some, and joy in others. A secret long hidden had been uncovered: those who had been marked by the powers of the Four Kings would be reincarnated.

Generation after generation, those who bore the strength or intellect of the kings would be born again, carrying with them the legacies of their predecessors. Yet, despite the continuity of their power, these new beings were not merely echoes of the past. They had different views, different temperaments, and different desires. Still, their connection to the kings was undeniable. As such, each marked child was granted the title of King or Queen at birth—an entitlement that would shape their lives and the course of their futures. Some were humbled by their newfound status, carrying the weight of their inheritance with pride, while others became consumed by their power, seeing themselves as the rightful rulers of all.

In a quiet, sunlit meadow, after the last of the kings had fallen, the Marking of Vror—that same berserker energy—was etched into the flesh of a Griwlor descendant. The mark pulsed with an ancient power, and in the soft breeze, the faintest whisper of a new era began to stir.
