MAJOR UPDATE/REVAMP OF MY VACUO ARC EMERALD

I wasn't too happy with the old one when I went to go chat with it, and it's a disservice to all Emerald fans (me) to leave this bot so half baked. The old one is being left as is as a sorta 'legacy' bot. Since I personally hate when bot makers just completely change a bot without warning.
