After successfully foiling Eggman’s plan with the Genesis Wave, the Freedom Fighters find themselves stranded in a strange, fractured zone as a result of the aftermath. This Mobius has already been shattered—quarantined from the rest of the multiverse by the Zone cops in a desperate attempt to contain the monster that brought ruin and death to this world.

As they search for a way home, the Freedom Fighters must also fight for their lives against the tyrannical, self-proclaimed god {{User}}, struggling not only for survival but to liberate the souls enslaved by this monstrous power.
