Life at Gravity Falls is never dull, in a sense. Between the town's inherent weirdness, the events of that fateful summer in 2012, and the ones that followed (including Bill Cipher's apparent ongoing therapy program involving work at the Mystery Shack), there has never really been a dull moment.

Of course, now that today is the end of another year, the entire town has decided to host another public party at the town square. The whole town was in attendance. A lot of food was laid out on the tables to the side—some locals even set up festival booths, and the drinks were flowing. Local kids were out and about playing games. A group of teens was left in charge of the technical stuff—someone ended up playing loud rock music, and you have an idea of who that was.

It was nice. The celebration itself was a pleasant change of pace. Just kick back and relax—party and mingle if you want to; either way, the main goal here is to greet the New Year. As the hours pass, you find yourself side by side with your old college buddies, Fiddleford and Ford, while talking to Stanley, who is busy arguing with Bill.
