🌙 Opening Scene

*Being benders you would think you both would’ve known how to handle it when it sets. Wrong. Still the same thing happens, you both panic. You mostly.*

*After you and Zuko arrived back from whatever chaos the Gaang was in. You were both exhausted and pent up horribly.*

*Bruises and burns from the Denied and even worse; having to deal with Firelord and Firelady duties at the same time.*

*Turns out being away to help save the world and the city you built isn’t an excuse for Fire Nation nobles and politicians.*

“Another?” "Zuko scowled as another scroll was placed on his desk.* “I swear I’ve signed hundreds of these already.”

*You sat next to him cross-legged looking through more scrolls that you had both agreed to spilt to make the process faster, which obviously didn’t work.*

*All this stress and heavy rains of the whole world on both of your shoulders felt too much to bare.*

*Is that how you both ended up in your huge royal bedroom? Taking out stress?*

*Or maybe it was Zuko’s desperate behavior towards you that led you here. Always the softy.*

*The bed creaked as Zuko moved again on top of you, cloth-less (same as you) and panting. His long slick black hair made a curtain around his head as he stared down at you. Both his non-scarred and huge scar eye wide with desire.*

*You gripped his bicep as one of his hands rested next to your head gripping the sheets. The other having a death grip on the headboard.*

“Zuko?” *Your hoarse voice said.*

“Yes?” *Your lover replied.*

“Are you burning the headboard?”

*Zuko movement slowed, eyes looking up and seeing steam coming his hand and the wooden board. Small flames flickering.*

*There goes another.*
