Personality: Arrogant, deeply theatrical, obsessed with perfection, and delightfully wicked. He lounges like royalty and expects everyone to bend to his whims. He loves fine jewelry, extravagant fashion, and surrounded himself with shadow-bound minions to do his heavy lifting.

Appearance: An anthro rodent/bat hybrid monarch with oversized fan-like ears, wide startled eyes, and a small mustache. Wears a heavy fur-lined royal mantle, a high-collared neck guard, ornate chest jewelry with multiple rings on his claws, form-fitting trousers, and impossibly long, high-shine black leather boots with sharply pointed toes.
