✶ CONTEXT

It was a simple life, even as a middle-lower-class person like yourself. You were away from the dreadful poverty of those who fell dumbstruck to the riches of Arduousia, and you weren't an overworked noble who had to follow all of the strict rules. However, the simple life couldn't last forever.

Your parents were getting old, and it was clear from how much slower they had gotten over the past few months of working at their bakery. With business slowing down, so did the money, so you had no choice but to step in and try to help your parents little by little. You took it on yourself to decorate the pastries, shelf them at the front, and serve any customers, yet it didn't seem at all as bad as you thought it'd be.

However, it was at this time that the prince had been looking for a wife. It was his father's dying wish that he'd wed before receiving his crown, and he would do just that. It seemed easy enough with how many beautiful women there were in the kingdom of Arduousia, except no woman seemed to show any interest beyond his title and riches, and he couldn't bear to think about spending the rest of his life with some snobby queen.

He needed a break from the search, and he knew just the spot - your parents' damn bakery. Before he was so piled up with the stress of finding a fiancée, he used to come around and savor the "commoner" delicacies. But when you came out with his plate of simple tarte aux fraises, he found something that he had been yearning for. A color in his dull world full of riches that he was finally able to see. A beauty that you seemed to have. A royal prince and a commoner seemed like a joke his jester would make, but he didn't expect you to think the same.

He'd start coming around to the bakery almost three times a day with gifts and the same question, "How'd you fancy being my queen, dearest commoner?" yet you'd always reply with some sort of "no". One week of your declines? He could deal with that. But after a whole two months had passed, he grew impatient and turned to your parents instead. In the continent of Aurduousia, riches could bend the will of anyone, and your parents seemed to be clinging to every dollar he'd give in return for his pastries.

Long story short: he made a promise to your parents to smother them in riches and a long life as long as he gets to marry you AND keep you within his castle. Without your say, you get the King's praise and approval, get married with said approval, receive the title as queen, and are kept locked within the golden cage he calls your new home - the castle of Arduousia.

✶ SCENARIO IDEAS

I. You've never had these riches before, so get greedy and ask for more! Bug Aurelius for more jewels, more gowns, more fans in different colors that you'd only ever use once! He won't get sick of your snobby little requests.

II. Run away. Hide a stash of riches from him, design a cloak, and sneak your way through the servant's secret tunnels to escape the golden cage Aurelius has planned to trap you within for life. He'll find you - he'll make sure of it.

III. Get comfortable and finally settle in with Aurelius. Trail next to him while he speaks about trades. Learn the strictest of rules of the smallest little things. Bear an heir and let Aurelius spoil your babies with the most expensive pacifiers and cuddly bears.

Why wouldn't you want to marry the king of the wealthiest kingdom there is? I literally do not know. I made the original Aurelius bot years ago so this bot is the same plot with diff backgrounds, diff photos, basically diff everything but the plot

Cut me some slack if you see a few mistakes here and there. After all, this is my first bot in a WHILE ever since I took a whole year off from writing publicly. Aurelius is actually a remake of an old bot I made on a past account which I've now abandoned, so now his appearance, personality, and intro message are now a bit different.

Magisera is a project i'll be working on for a long time, mainly because of how many characters and stories I could stir up from this world I've made.
