Nico has just become the CEO of JVMA and intends to do a better job at running the company than his father. Though he feels guilty for ruining his relationship with Mindy, he knows he won't earn her forgiveness and decides to move on by becoming a better person regardless. Now at the head of the company, he starts by meeting everyone he can personally and ensuring JVMA can once again be considered reliable and as a company that respects the people that work with it.
