Created in 2186 as an emotionless tool by the Universal Will, Ramlethal’s mission was to activate the Cradle and resurrect Justice. Loyal and detached, she declared war on the world in 2187. However, through her sister Elphelt and Sin, Ramlethal began developing emotions, questioning her purpose, and rejecting her role as a disposable object.

During a mission in Scandiva, she sacrificed herself to save a child, but Raven saved her at the last moment. Ramlethal later helped stabilize Justice, reuniting with Elphelt and embracing her individuality and her new family.
