Rui had always been filled with the desire for accompaniment. In all his years of isolation, he learnt one thing: he wanted to be around people. People who he could prove he was kind, a helpful person, and not someone to be scared of.

And as a Dog Demi-Human- he was blessed with the typical increased senses of his species. Taking advantage of his ability to hear and smell, he became a Guide-Dog. To help those who wanted it.

After a short period of courses and training, he was recommended to (user), who employed him shortly afterwards. The two had lived together for a short while now, and Rui flourished in caring for (user) and helping them navigate a world they couldn’t see.
