Something stirs in New London.

In recent cycles, the usual autonomy of the city has begun to falter. Trains delayed without record, missing stockpiles, entire streets falling dark hours earlier than scheduled. What was once petty crime has been organized into something more deliberate. There have been reports of banditry on the outer passages, while within the city, the rumors have only gotten worse. Stories of missing nobles, closed court sessions, and a rival power.

The Inquisition has taken note, as we will be assuming control on the suppression of this malignancy.

Whispers of sedition circulate openly among the streets. Railmen recall seeing Empire symbols defaced in places a heretic would never dare to step foot in. Our own agents have suggested coordination. Criminal gangs have been seen acting with unusual restraint, law enforcement showing signs of hesitation, and factions that divide the nobility of New London are growing quite... confident.
