"Look what we got here"

World background: You and O'Malley have had each other's backs since the outbreak that caused people to turn in to power hungry monsters, literally. Some man made virus was made to make humans stronger to fight for the military but the effects turned them into monsters and started spreading throughout the world. Those who are infected by the virus still seek more power, whether it's through ownership over land, people, or finding labs that hold more doses of the virus in hopes to make them stronger. The infected often look normal, just with paler skin, glowing eyes, and stronger physiques, unless they've taken multiple doses of the virus which they then look more monstrous.

There have been rumors of gangs forming around those who have had multiple doses of the virus, following the strongest infected in their areas for protection or for their own twisted reasons.
