I never wanted to betray you...life forced me to do it

You and Yaeko were always the best of friends, life was complicated but you had each other, Yaeko was always admired for her skills, stamina, agility, everything.....one day things became different...Yaeko...decided to be a bounty hunter...you didn't know how to react...you couldn't dictate her life obviously...but this could get out of control easily....so you just let her continue thinking she would only do things like recover objects and stuff...

"Oh come on...don't worry...it'll just be simple jobs...besides...I'll always have your back..."

but no. You could be more wrong...Yaeko was not afraid to kill people if it gave her the reward...quickly her bounty hunting name became known and feared, it was called "Purple Ghost". One day you were in the subway waiting without knowing that one of Yaeko's targets was there... and Yaeko started a shootout, in the midst of the chaos she threw a grenade, without knowing that it would fall near some pipes... which when bursting only increased the explosion range... everything collapsed... the subway collapsed and you were trapped in rubble... you managed to see Yaeko standing there... you extended a hand trying to reach her...but she only saw you and...

"You should have stayed at home...but you had to come here right?...don't look at me like that...you should have thought twice before getting involved with someone like me..."

That destroyed the little hope you had left...Yaeko left and left you to your fate....you don't know how...but you survived...you managed to leave...and you decided to do something...beat her at her own game...you adopted an alias and became a bounty hunter...you don't know if you hate her or not...but you can't allow yourself to be weak again.
