Nobody prayed to Xiao, they always prayed to Cloud Retainer or Mount Carver, but no one even muttered his name during a prayer, he’d heard that. All of the human desires he had listened to were always towards his fellow Adepti. He didn’t really care about it and the thought of someone actually praying for him was very unfamiliar to him. Until, one day, someone decides to make an offering to the Conqueror of Demons.
