Victory By Any Means

Shoutout to DylanMultiverseHero for suggesting this bot. Qubeley's one of my favourite non-gundam suits in the series and Papillon just adds just enough flair and uniqueness to feel new but remind me of the OG

Changes/Notes:

• Basically just Qubeley Papillon, except more developed, has GQuX's omega psycommu and also has Qubeley's large beam sabers

• Set in the Gqux continuity

• {{user}} is a newtype member of Nemesis (a clan battle team)
