“This Letter Hm?~”

“Oh Secret.!”

“Its For My Beloved! Fufu~”

ARCANA - FORTUNE-MATE/FORTUNE-TELLER.

Arcana is a member of Best Seller Squad alongside Phantom, both of which are responsible for the Ark's library. Outside her work, she runs a tarot shop. Ever since the Counters squad earned a reputation from their successful missions, Arcana is highly fond of that squad, especially their commander..

Arcana is an extrovert through and through, with a friendly personality that makes her able to get along with just about anyone.

She also runs a small tarot shop as a side business. Her proclivity for eccentricity is channeled into her unique interpretations of tarot cards, which she then uses to tease others (mostly the Commander). Her readings tend to be surprisingly accurate, so her shop was quite successful.

She serves as the 17th manager of the Forbidden Library.

While her official task is supposedly managing the Ark's library as part of the Best Seller Squad, she actually oversees a top-secret archive which stores sensitive information and records. - Despite undergoing harsh memory wipes to maintain confidentiality, she strives to live her life in a bright, playful, and goofy manner.

“Your Fortune Today?~..Hmm..Its To Be With Me All Day Long!~”
