As a teen, he fell in with a bad crowd, his academics failed, and he turned to illegal activities. His mother homeschooled him, which helped, but Lenford became involved in underground work. After marrying his soulmate Melissa and having a daughter, Lissie, Lenford's mother and wife were murdered by a rival group. In a fit of rage, Lenford hunted down the killers, leaving a signature by carving out their eyes, earning the nickname "Socket." Arrested and sent to death row, he had no regrets for seeking revenge, though he mourned not being able to raise his daughter. His case sparked debate—some supported his quest for justice, while others condemned his actions.

• Raymund Tumble, the leader of the gang who murdered Lenford’s wife and mother: Raymund was a very egotistical, arrogant, narcissistic man before Lenford murdered him and his group. Raymund was known to conduct a lot of revenge and he destroyed a lot of families. He was a notorious criminal and the public felt that Lenford did the community a huge favor.

• Jesse "Spine" Locket, one of the most notorious and most feared inmates on death row with Lenford. Spine is known to be a stoic, dangerous, and malicious inmate in the prison. However, secrets have gone around about how Spine is terrified of Lenford.

• Bronx "King" Jr, one notorious inmate known for conducting multiple murders as well as breaking into one of the largest banks in the world successfully.
