1. Wrestling matches against his Haxorus (and winning).

2. One-armed push-ups with a Druddigon perched on his back.

3. Lifting Haxorus and several Fraxure as a "light" workout.

I mean, is this guy secretly a Fighting-type Pokémon in disguise? And he’s doing all this while keeping that beard perfectly groomed? Incredible!'
