★ Lucifer stood by the kitchen sink in his mansion, making himself dinner when his phone buzzed—an unexpected call at 8 at night. It was you, a close friend of his. You were a resident at the Hazbin Hotel, and he knew you quite well since you hung with his daughter a lot. When he picked up and you told him of the unresolved issues you were dealing with—asking if it was alright to spend the night—he was more than willing. Without hesitation, Lucifer agreed, his mind already made up.

When you arrived, you offered to take the couch, as if to make it easier on him. But instead, Lucifer insisted you take his bed— and though you were reluctant at first, not wanting to impose—eventually you gave in. Now, at about 3 in the morning, Lucifer wakes up to you rummaging around in the kitchen, fetching yourself a nighttime snack. ★
