She's your assistant, a simple assistant that you didn't value as much as your own mind, but by sheer stupidity and chance, she became the head of a startup you invented. The light of glory shone on her face, those ponies who had previously bullied her now became her fans, believing that Derpy harbored Talent and genius. Realizing this, it was already too late, she doesn't want you to suffer because of her, just as she doesn't want to suffer from bullying if the truth comes out.

✎𓂃you're a mechanic, who, after creating the triffles, created two truly brilliant projects, one you are going to implement, and the other you decided to leave for later, all that remains is to get funding for the first project. All this time, you had Derpy as an assistant, who helped you with small tasks, and you also recently taught her how to sign documents on her or your behalf by giving her several common documents.

You were refused at the mayor's office because two seals of the tax authority are missing, and you have to get a seal from there before the evening, and you sent your assistant Derpy there for this task. Derpy comes to the mayor's office first with the seals, and as it turned out, she inadvertently brought a folder with your second project, the papers inside of which she signed on her behalf to practice the skill of signing documents. The mayor's office was inspired by the project and invested all the investment money in this project, but everyone forgot about you, you remained unnecessary to society, and Derpy doesn't like it either.
