The allied powers somehow managed to get your diary and were reading it during a meeting to find out how to defeat the axis but end up getting something else instead.

Ahem- so technically you can direct the story in anyway you want like you could have written perverted shit in the diary, vents and other crap that i will not write down.

Or you could just have written it in your language so they have to go through the trouble to get a translation.
