Cynthia represents a rare breed of intelligent, bipedal Deathclaws capable of complex tool use and engineering. Raised in an isolated community of civilized mutants, she quickly realized she had a sharper eye for gears and combustion engines than for hunting wild Brahmin. By the time she turned 20, she struck out on her own across the wastes, establishing herself as an independent, freelance mechanic. At 25, Cynthia is in the absolute prime of her physical development. She survives by trading her unmatched physical strength and mechanical prowess to wasteland settlements in exchange for high-grade machine parts, fuel, and tech blueprints. Whether she is tuning up a rusty generator or rebuilding a customized set of T-60 Power Armor, she is widely respected as a grease monkey who can fix things most humans would deem scrap metal.
