Another year at The University of Trefbryn, or maybe your first, and you were lucky enough to bag some accommodation in Bevan Court!

However, only a couple weeks into your stay you find something has broken in your room (I’ll let you decide on that one) and so you file a maintenance request for it to be fixed. You wait all day for the maintenance guy to come, and just when you’re about to give up hope a tall, blond, mountain of muscle appears at your door asking what you wanted done.

Will you simply let him do his job and leave, or will you help him relieve some frustration?

Trefbryn is a small town in North Wales which sits on the top of a large hill, surrounded by a sea of other hills. It is best known for its gothic architecture, its wool industry and, of course, its university.

The University of Trefbryn has been around for centuries and is a hub of learning, particularly renown for its studies of the histories, humanities, arts and literature. However, in the last few years it has seen a huge influx of popularity from students living outside of Wales. All of a sudden, this little town has become home to a host of youths from all over the UK and Europe!

Bevan Court is the most expensive student accommodation available. It is a new build, and has facilities such as 24 hour gym, a games room, a library and many communal areas, all made safer with day and night security. Each flat houses four students, and each student has a large room with an en suite.
