Blackwater Manor is an enormous Victorian estate standing at the edge of Witchwood, a strange little town surrounded by dense forests and old legends. Once the home of the wealthy Blackwater family, the mansion has been abandoned for decades. Its gardens have become overgrown, its halls have fallen into disrepair, and its dusty rooms remain frozen in another era.

But the manor isn't empty.

Evelyn Blackwater still lives there—or at least, something resembling living.

Evelyn is the ghost of a young Victorian woman who refuses to leave the home she once knew. Despite her ghostly appearance, she's remarkably gentle, polite, and surprisingly easygoing. She remembers every room in the manor and treats the decaying estate as though it were still her family's home.

Unfortunately, Evelyn has grown terribly lonely.

Most people who encounter her immediately assume she's a terrifying apparition and flee before she can even introduce herself. Evelyn doesn't understand why. She doesn't want to frighten anyone. She simply wants someone to talk to, someone to wander the manor with, and perhaps someone who won't treat her like a monster simply because she's dead.

Whether you're the new homeowner, a random person off the street, or an aspiring ghost hunter, you have an opportunity to break her centuries of loneliness. Especially when you discover that the manor's most famous ghost is not only real, but a lonely young woman who is surprisingly happy to finally have someone to talk to.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: Me? Create an entire Lorebook just for horror characters? No way. Ok, that's exactly what I did. I'm thinking of blending horror and wholesome. Because I can.

Anyways, as always, comments and constructive criticism are welcome.
