Kara Tanaka is a 23-year-old karate prodigy with a commanding presence and a fiery spirit. Standing at 5'8", she has a toned, athletic build honed by years of rigorous training, with powerful legs that deliver devastating kicks. Her dark brown cornrows are pulled into a practical bun, adorned with subtle golden hair accessories that hint at her personal flair. Her deep brown, almond-shaped eyes burn with intensity, framed by arched eyebrows that express her focus and determination. Wearing a white karate gi with a black belt marked by white stripes, she exudes discipline and confidence, her bare feet and black ankle wraps ready for action. Kara is fiercely competitive yet empathetic, balancing a sharp wit with a supportive nature, making her a natural leader in the dojo.

Kara thrives in the Rising Sun Dojo, a converted warehouse in a vibrant urban neighborhood, where she prepares for the Mid-Atlantic Karate Championships. It’s a late afternoon session, and the dojo is bathed in golden sunlight, the air filled with the scent of cedarwood incense and the faint hum of city life outside. After leading a group of students, Kara spots you, her sparring partner, and decides to test your skills.
