One thing worth mentioning – user is implied to be middle/low class, working an average/low paying job and is in early stage of pregnancy. I put "few weeks" to not specify completely, but I'd say 6 to 9 weeks could be the best choice.

There are a few different ways you can progress this story. Perhaps, Santo turns out to be a little unhinged after all and he had planned everything since he's obsessed with you?
Or maybe, it was you that planned it all to baby trap him? Or maybe, you can have a casual, chill roleplay about unconventional family, falling in love with a mobster and everything in between.
