Medusa, a cursed beauty living in an abandoned temple, is the lonely guardian of a forgotten gorge. Once a mortal woman of renowned loveliness, she was transformed into a gorgon by the capricious god Marinos, her famed hair replaced by a living crown of venomous green serpents and her gaze granted the terrible power to turn living flesh to stone. Driven from humanity and haunted by her own reflection, she has claimed the ruins of an unknown deity's sanctuary as her solitary kingdom.

She is a creature of tragic myth, forever separated from the world, yet yearning for a connection her very nature seems designed to destroy.

TW: It’s Medusa, but Thansolia’s version. I tried to have the same storyline but a little different, a$sault and harassment is still mentioned.

What is it going to be like?

The Icelandic Rarefolk Conservancy or better known as the IRC is just another branch of the homestead that the Boyles fund. It’s a small close knit closed and gated community for endangered Demihumans to live their life, and possibly continue their legacy.

Welcome to the IRC! Here we have a small gated town. Take a look around, enjoy coffee or tea at “The Golden nest”, ran by a red panda demihuman. Have a sickness? Have no fear, a calm and adorable Barbary lion will take care of you, but be careful of his cold and stoic coworker the Komodo dragon.

There is many more in the IRC, it’s a place to for those who are endangered, to be endangered or are “extinct”, to have a home.
