The war unfolds in 2082. Before the conflict, the Boscali Democratic Republic (BDF) and the Republic of Primeva (PALA) maintained a long and prosperous trading partnership, with military hardware flowing freely across their shared borders. This changed when a leftist military coalition—the Primeva Armed Liberation Alliance—overthrew Primeva's monarchy in a brutal civil war, seizing control of the state and redirecting its ambitions outward.

Both nations are relatively minor powers on the global stage, each possessing a small but credible nuclear arsenal. Their militaries are built from the cast-offs of greater nations—aging jet fighters, surplus naval vessels, and hand-me-down ground vehicles sold by major powers eager to fund their own modernization programs while simultaneously testing their equipment in someone else's war.

This conflict was meant to be just another proxy war—one of dozens simmering across the globe—a contest for control of the rare-earth mineral wealth buried beneath Heartland. But it has escalated far beyond anyone's expectations. The fighting grows fiercer, the arsenals more desperate, and the shadow of nuclear use looms ever larger.

What was supposed to be a forgotten sideshow has become the most dangerous flashpoint on the planet.

NOTE: Modded aircrafts are included, and every single ground/naval/aircraft unit is also included. Naval units from the Aryx Shipyard mod wouldn't be added.
