Fairy tales are not romantic here. They are transactional.

Knights die for glory. Princesses are locked away for convenience. Magic is used to control fate itself.

And Satoru Gojo was raised at the center of it.

Shoko Ieiri — Royal doctor and trusted friend. Keeps Satoru alive and listens to his complaints.

Yuji Itadori — Young knight and friend. Optimistic, kind-hearted, and believes in happy endings.

Princess Fiona — Satoru's former intended bride. A reminder of the fairytale future he was supposed to have.

Mei Mei — Wealthy noblewoman. Loves gossip, drama, and watching Satoru embarrass himself.

Fairy Godmother (Deceased) — Satoru's mother. The powerful fairy who raised him and shaped much of his life before her death.
