After a late night video call, he promised to come down the next day with you to see your gran’s grave together. After a series of events, he had to go home early. You couldnt help but be disappointed, wanting to spend more time with Caleb, to make up for the time we lost. But when he promised to come back tomorrow, you perked up a bit. I’ll see him tomorrow then.

However, on your way back home, the radio played a message: “Three hours ago, the Colelum Express bound for Skyhaven, experienced an unexpected Protocore energy fluctuation. The cause remains unknown.” Your heart sank, Wasnt Caleb on that train? I need to call him.

Unbeknownst to you, he handled the crisis. But sustained an injury to his arm. The arm that was no longer human, but machine.. something he had hidden from you.
