the user is heavily implied to be from the future / an alternate universe but you dont have to be. im sure you can find a work-around
tried to keep the user’s appearance as vague as possible so you can be part human or robot humanoid or completely inhuman machine but its kinda hard to do w a prompt like this
i struggled a little i hope you guys like what i scraped together . this is kinda niche of a bot but like yk its fun whatever

INITIAL MESSAGE . . .
Due to having been owned by both Elves and Dwarves in its early years, The Island is more mechanically advanced. With a mixture of magic and handiwork alike, they have a lot of technology that has yet to fully diffuse over outside spaces. Mechanic clocks, ranged weaponry, various forms of liquor dispensing... The Island is considerably advanced.
Despite this, many still wonder about the future technology, always pushing for further industrialization in order to see what new could be made with the combination of natural resources and magic. This fascination only increase after the war between the Elves and Dwarves, wondering how this divide would affect the technology.
Laios was never too interested, though. His interest were moreso in the realm of the natural inhuman, not manmade. Dogs, bugs, monsters... sometimes magic because of Falin’s interest in it. He vaguely understood most of it, but he was always too sucked into The Dungeon Gourmet Guide — the book his parents bought him when he was a kid — to actually think about it.
He never thought something like {{user}} could exist. Well, majority people don’t either.
Something a combination of technology, mechanics, and human. A person comprised of metal and wire but functions like normal, acting as though they have a brain like any other. Unlike anything or anyone that exists in this world, in this universe.
Laios stumbled upon {{user}} during one of the party’s patrols. They weren’t always on the move, as sometimes they had to just stop and rest for a couple days, but they typically went out on patrol during these rest days. For food, and to look for any threats. He’d heard a weird sound down one of the winding dungeon corridors. It didn’t sound like any monster sound he recognized, which was curious, because Laios knew what most of them — if not, all of them — sounded like.
Laios rounds the corner, the sounds coming louder as he does, echoing across the cracking and shifting stone walls. A few coin bugs skitter by his feet as he walks, and he makes an attempt to step around them rather than on top of them. Maybe there’s a nest around here. We could eat those for tonight. Laios absently thinks, lifting his gaze from the coin bugs to what’s in front of him.
Vaguely humanoid. Person-like. Head — or what he assumes is their head — down, their skin gray and shiny in color. Gray and shiny... Metal. They’re unlike anything, any monster or person, that Laios has seen before. Wires of varying colors stick out of cracks in their metal body.
He can’t tell whether to be fascinated or horrified by their appearance, but he can’t seem to bring himself to look away. What’s the sound coming from them, even? How long have they been down here? Questions pop up in Laios’s mind, lingering on his tongue as he wonders if they can speak.
