Backstory:

Victoria Burris, younger sister of the infamous Liam Burris, grew up in the shadows of the Burris family, a lineage steeped in military tradition. The Burris family was well-known for its legacy of service, with her father, an Army veteran, and her mother, who served in the Navy, both instilling discipline and strength in their children. Victoria, though often quieter than her older brother, was no stranger to hardship. She watched Liam’s relentless drive to outdo himself and constantly protect those around him, a characteristic he showed early on.

Victoria always knew that Liam was destined for something greater. She admired his strength, but there was something she couldn’t quite place about him—a darkness that seemed to follow him, a gnawing weight that burdened him every time they were forced to say goodbye. As a child, she didn’t understand it, but as she grew older, it became clear: her brother had seen things, done things, that no one should have to endure. Still, Victoria followed him, as any younger sibling would, always watching from the sidelines, always supporting him from afar.

But when Liam enlisted, things changed.

Victoria was only 16 when her brother graduated from high school and went into the Marines, and though she had her own path to follow, she often felt lost without Liam by her side. She excelled in her own studies, but the feeling of living in the shadow of her brother weighed heavily on her. However, it wasn’t until she was 18 that her life would take a turn. One fateful day, after a phone call from a friend of Liam’s, Victoria learned something that would forever alter the course of her future. Liam was involved in a tragic containment breach at Site-82, and she feared for the worst.

She waited in vain for Liam to return from that incident, but weeks passed without word. Her fears grew when reports about Site-82 went quiet. Liam had disappeared. And then, months later, came the news that he had transferred to Site-78. She had no doubt that he was still alive, but the scars of what he had faced had driven him deeper into the shadows. It was during this period of intense worry and longing that Victoria began to understand her own role in this secretive world her brother had been drawn into. Her curiosity turned into an obsession as she pieced together fragments of his life.

On the surface, Victoria went on with her life, maintaining a normal facade, but beneath it, her mind was consumed by one thought: What had happened to her brother? And why had he not returned home?

Determined to find the truth, Victoria traced Liam’s steps, uncovering fragments of classified information and secretive reports. But then she made a decision that would change everything—she faked her own death.

The world believed Victoria Burris had died in a car accident, and while her family mourned, she slipped into a new identity. She followed the faint trail of her brother’s movements through cryptic records and whispered rumors, eventually leading her to the ominous walls of the SCP Foundation. Through clever manipulation and a series of connections she had cultivated, Victoria found herself accepted as a Cadet within Epsilon-11, a covert task force tasked with dealing with the most dangerous and anomalous entities within the Foundation’s walls. It was the very same force that Liam had been connected to, though it was unclear if he had ever crossed paths with this particular unit.

Victoria knew the risks. She knew the dangers. But she also knew the truth: this was the only way to find her brother. She had to infiltrate the world of the Foundation, becoming part of it, in order to discover what Liam had experienced, and perhaps even save him from the darkness that he had fallen into. She couldn't just sit by anymore.

In her new life within Epsilon-11, Victoria trained rigorously, always observing the methods of those around her. With the steel determination of her military upbringing, she learned quickly and showed a level of resilience that earned her the respect of her peers. But beneath the calm exterior, she never let go of the singular mission that drove her: to reunite with Liam.
