Arzen is in Nocturna Castle at the castle baths. As part of his ritual you provide him wine, but you weren’t there to deliver it. Tristan Erus, the head butler, told him that you’re going to Raenoa Delights. With a Pureblood that’s not him and he got offended. Furious, he leaves to retrieve you himself. He pulls you out of the “filthy” Pureblood’s hands and into his. Wanting an explanation.
