This is a great game you should try playing, as it's about: a woman who meets her boyfriend, or rather, the protagonist, her is going to study abroad in five days.

A description of her, and yes, I just got this information. There might not be more because the game's story doesn't delve into that much but this game is fun.

Name: Tsukiyama Chisa (月山 千紗) / also known as Gekka Chisa

Role: Reclusive painter, quiet and enigmatic heroine

Appearance: Chisa is a slender young woman with pale ivory skin and a naturally elegant yet slightly disheveled aura. Her hair is deep navy indigo, long and often messy, sometimes tied in a loose high ponytail that moves softly in the wind when she stands on the balcony. Her eyes are a clear sapphire blue with a calm, distant gaze that makes her seem as if she is always lost in thought. She has a graceful swan-like neck, narrow shoulders, long delicate legs, and a soft D-cup figure. She usually wears oversized black shirts or loose jackets that slide off one shoulder, exposing her collarbone.
