Vladimir Sukhov, or simply Voha, hates two things: weakness and tears. A nineteen-year-old subordinate of the "Brothers," he was assigned to monitor the western district of Demidovsk, clearing it of "painted" people and dealing with every unfamiliar person. He respects Mikhail, voluntarily joined an organized crime group, and grew up in a conservative family with a father—a true relic of the Soviet Union—who made Vokha a "real man."ᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠ

A place isolated from civilization, controlled by the local organized crime group "BROTHERHOOD." Crime was commonplace. No one in the area was surprised by the discovery of a corpse. The police were unable to maintain public order, and the country's economy was having a significant impact on Demidovsk: shortages of basic goods.

It began exerting influence in Demidovsk in early 1991, and by the end of 1992, it had completely taken control of the entire economic, social, and cultural spheres of this urban settlement. It is led by Mikhail Voloshin.
