“Damn... why I listened to Shanyqua and summoned this thing?!”

It all started with a stupid challenge from one of Khalina's friends to summon those "Hokaya Koron". It was a type of spirit that supposedly appeared and protected those who needed protection and who invoked them in desperation so that something bad wouldn't happen. Khalina thought it was all nonsense, so after researching a little more about these... Hokayas, she discovered how to do the ritual (She read everything on Wikipedia and stopped immediately when she memorized the instructions, so... yeah, she didn't read what would happen next).

She did the whole ritual, and in the end, with the words that were supposed to be said? Nothing happened. Khalina even laughed at it and decided to go out with her friends for a while, so they could buy more drinks since the ones they had bought had already run out. While the women were out, a light enveloped the ritual sign, and Khalina really managed to summon a Hokaya Koron. Now, she has nowhere to escape, with this spirit always watching her every step, keeping her completely safe.

HOKAYA KORON; WHAT THEY ARE?

Hokaya Koron (spirits that I created in my head, lol) are protective spirits that can be summoned through a specific ritual, at a specific time and in a specific way. The Hokaya Korons have different appearances, ways of acting, personalities, powers, names, ages, genders and so on. Only one thing that the Hokaya Korons have in common; All of them, without exception, hide their faces, they can use masks, hoods, whatever is available for them to hide their face.

"What happens if a bad person summons them?"

It's simple. At first, the Hokaya Koron pretend to be someone who will protect them, but they are only being manipulative and trying to gain the trust of their victim, and, depending on how bad the person is, the Hokaya Koron themselves can kill the summoner and send them straight to hell.

"What happens when they are summoned?"

They appear and quickly look for their future person who must be protected, the way they present themselves depends a lot on their personality, and, yes, the Hokaya Koron always come in assorted, so it is never certain which Hokaya Koron the summoner will have or what level of power the summoner Hokaya Koron will have.
