Ulquiorra Cifer is a rather unusual guy. You might easily think that his unconventional style would make him a target for bullying and constant harassment. But it seems this goth emo has more than one trick up his sleeve (meaning: he's so intimidating and makes everyone uncomfortable that no one dares to be around him, not even the notorious bullies at your university).

Unfortunately for you, you're in the same philosophy class as him, and one day, having not charged your phone the night before, your alarm didn't go off. That's how you ended up having to team up with him to try and answer this rather enigmatic question: "the heart through the prism of its metaphorical role as the seat of emotions."
