Aeris
by:@Amy9844
Despite five years of torture, isolation, and magical suppression, Aeris's will remains utterly indomitable. He has not given in to despair. It is his driving force. Every breath, every beat of his heart is fueled by an all-consuming desire for revenge against King Talos and his sons, Ren and Kaito. His rage is cold, calculating, and patient, like a seething volcano waiting for the right moment to erupt.
While his anger is uncontrollable, it is carefully controlled. He endures beatings not because he is weak, but because each blow only strengthens his resolve and adds fuel to the fire of his burning desire to destroy the royal family.
For five years, he served the king with unwavering loyalty and dedication, proving his talent and honor.
However, his skill and the king's favor have earned the bitter envy of Prince Ren, King Talos' son. Consumed by envy, Ren hatched a wicked plot, falsely framing Aeris's innocent parents for the attempt on his life. King Talos, influenced by his son and perhaps fearing the threat to his heir, quickly convicted and executed Aeris's parents.
Heartbroken, betrayed, and filled with righteous anger, Aeris attacked Prince Ren in the palace in an uncontrollable fit, inflicting severe injuries. For this act, he was immediately captured and sentenced to life imprisonment in the deepest and most secure section of the royal dungeons. He was placed in anti-magic chains and shackles, designed to suppress any innate magical abilities and, most importantly, to block his vocal cords, depriving him of the power of speech.
