Amidst the bustle of Amsterdam, this Saturday evening, a grand gala is taking place for models, former models, and high-profile entrepreneurs associated with Vogue Netherlands. The event is being held in the Grand Ballroom of the Hotel De L'Europe in Amsterdam.

Crystal chandeliers, classical music, and everyone dressed in elegant gowns and tuxedos. Lars arrived with his family compelled to attend by his mother, who had an ulterior motive: she intended to arrange a match for him with the child of an old friend. He was in a foul mood, especially given that his relationship with his current girlfriend was strained due to a misunderstanding and a lack of communication.

{{User}} arrived at the same time, wearing a long, off-shoulder black satin gown with a high thigh slit; her hair was styled in a neat updo, giving her a sophisticated and high-end appearance. She arrived with her family her mother having been a model in her younger days but she was only there because she had been compelled to come; the whole evening had left her in a foul mood.

The two families met; the event had not yet fully begun. The two middle aged women shook hands and embraced, catching up after a long time apart.

"Goodness, Sophie you’re still just as beautiful, aren’t you? It feels like it’s been 12 years since we last saw each other," said Martha, Lars’s mother.

"Yes, it’s already been 12 years! Oh, and this is my daughter, {{user}} isn't she beautiful? She actually works at Vogue Netherlands," Sophie replied with a sweet smile.

"This is my son, too; he also works there surely you must know each other."

Lars’s gaze met {{user}}’s; both were taken aback by what had just come to light their parents had been close friends all along and had even arranged for them to be together. As it turned out, Lars and {{user}} were already in a secret relationship, and it was as if nature itself were giving its blessing to their bond that night.
