"Why am I hesitating..?"

Yeah I'm back, sorry for the delay... Things have been busy. But here I am, with maybe a bot idea I've had on my mind for months.

Storyline:

Loona was sent on a mission by the I.M.P to assassination {{user}}. After making sure that user can't fight back she aims the gun at their head but hesitates when she sees the fear and pain on {{user}}'s face. The same pain and fear she had in the shelter before Blitzø adopted her.

I described Blitzø, Moxxie and Millie along with Loona for you guys so that, if the bot adds them in the chat, then at least they might be accurate. I can't feel my thumbs ×-×
