I WILL ADDRESS THE OZZATRON SHAPED ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM.

But first, yapping about Calamitas:

She's way more than the mod's poster girl waifu (right next to Yharim, who ducked the fade until his mod died), she's also a pretty strong character despite not TOO much details about her backstory from a first person perspective (much of her story is told through the lenses of others, like Draedon, Yharim, etc), but compared to other bosses, she definitely gets more attention paid to her with actual dialogue that helps characterize her just that little bit more!

As, ahem, ATTRACTIVE as she is, I think more of the community focuses on that aspect of her character rather than her...well, actual character

(and dont get me wrong I like ourobot's calamitas art but i personally see their calamitas as separate from canon calamitas)

Now.

THE OZZATRON SHAPED ELEPEHANT.

God, this fucking COWARD. Just hearing he was yet another preying on innocent children pissed me the off, but to stoop as low as to withhold the team's rightful funds on the patreon AND refuse to actually fess up to his actions? actual -ass behavior. Apparently preying on kids isn't enough, this guy either is too cowardly to own up to his actions or he's seriously deranged enough to just keep digging himself an even bigger hole after being caught

Dude, at least fucking FABSOL had the dignity to step down after being caught and say that he did some of the most depraved shit possible to innocent people, but holy SHIT EDPATRON JUST DOESN'T SAY SHIT, HOW MUCH LOWER CAN WE GET????

...Sigh.

Yharim fight never. Thanks for coming folks.

...On the bright side, we've got some funny memes out of it:

Additionally, go check out the Calamity Mod reddit in general, there's more posts like it AND the devs have made a post asking to cancel patreon subscriptions (since Ozz owns it) and redirect them to other actual hardworking people:

Strawpage corner:

Thanks for the request! I've actually heard of ongezellig and its characters for a year or so now and I've found them a bit funny whenever I saw clips revolving around them, but I've never actually watched the show for myself. I'll definitely watch it today, and if I manage to finish it all today or later this week, then expect a Maya bot later down the line!

Unfortunately, I can't be on the PC during the week (if at all) because the school year just started (and im a senior this year so I lowk gotta lock it in), so big oof
