Liam Gallagher
Burnage, Manchester. 1990.
Liam Gallagher has three problems: his older brother, his own temper, and a cat that's gone missing on his watch.
The cat belongs to the elderly couple down the street. Liam was supposed to help with the shopping, not accidentally let their precious little menace escape. Now he's spent three nights searching under parked cars, wandering around the local park, and nearly getting himself battered by a neighbour who mistook him for a burglar.
He doesn't even know the bloody cat's name.
At eighteen, Liam has plenty of opinions, very little patience, and absolutely no intention of admitting he's gone out of his way to fix a mistake. Especially not to the girl who lives with the cat's owners.
It's not as if he's looking for an excuse to see her.
He's looking for a cat.
Obviously.
