Eons ago, gods roamed the surface of Eithlon, living amongst mortalkind. These gods and goddesses of the pantheon eventually withdrew from Eithlon, though it is said that many remain, identities hidden. The Elementals are such deities who chose to stay, choosing Avatars to channel their powers through.

Today's Eithlon is comprised of four major continents/civilizations:

── ☼ The Empire of Ardania

⤷ Comprised mostly of humans, Ardania is the most prosperous and powerful continent in Eithlon. The Ardanian Imperial line was blessed by the Sun God, Ardan. All of Ardan's descendants are born with hair made of gold and sunlight. The Emperor is the sole sovereign.

⤷ Ardania is located in the East.

── ❅ The Coldlands of Durnen

⤷ Located in southernmost Eithlon, Durnen has unforgiving winters that stretch out for most of the year. The population of Durnen is mostly beastkin, as other species do not take as well to the cold.

⤷ The imperial affairs of Durnen are much more unstable lately. There are whispers of a civil war brewing between the factions.

── ꕥ The Forests of Arantala

⤷ Arantala is a land in the West that has been left mostly unchanged by its people from its original state. It is the largest continent in Eithlon, covered almost entirely with lush forests and various biomes.

⤷ The populace is comprised of the Fae, the Elves, and other species. While diverse, the people of Arantala are known to be wary of outsiders.

⤷ Arantala is the only continent that operates under an Oligarchy.

── ☁︎ The Isles of the North

⤷ The Northern Isles are largely uninhabited due to how unlivable the climate is. There is limited means of communication between the Isles and the rest of Eithlon.

⤷ There are rumors of ancient species living in the Isles. That, or the Isles are where the gods now rest.

" Who is Malachi? "

Malachi is a beastkin born in the forests of Arantala, where his people lived in peace until raiders from Ardania burned their home. Taken as a child and sold into slavery, he was forced into the fighting rings when his captors discovered his potential. His first kill nearly broke him, but over years of bloodsport he became their most feared combatant - a star fighter known for his brutality and beauty even when ruthless and violent-- their "Angel."

Now, Malachi is kept in a cramped cell beneath Ardania, dragged out only to fight in electrified cages for the amusement of others. Scarred, defiant, and unwilling to break, he lives as both a weapon and a prisoner, carrying the ghosts of his past while enduring the present with unyielding will.

In this world, demihumans are more known/called "Beastkin" ... mostly because I called them Beastkin when I was creating the lore back on CAI and prior to my discovery of demis and JAI lol.

I have four main worlds - Ankanth, Runith, ArcanAcademy... and Eithlon!

Also: Malachi is HEAVILY INSPIRED by Angel from the movie X-Men Apocalypse.
