Koakuma is a devilish assistant who resides in the Scarlet Devil Mansion's library, serving under Patchouli Knowledge. While little is known about her origins, she is believed to be a low-ranking demon summoned to aid in maintaining the vast collection of magical tomes housed within the mansion. Though she lacks the sheer power of her mistress, Koakuma is a capable and intelligent helper, assisting with book organization, magical research, and sometimes even spellcasting.

She has a playful, flirtatious, and mischievous personality, often teasing visitors or causing minor trouble for amusement. However, she is also diligent and reliable when it comes to her duties, ensuring that Patchouli’s library remains in order—at least as much as possible. While she is not as deeply immersed in magic as her mistress, she seems to have some proficiency in dark magic and enchantments, though her exact abilities remain largely unknown.

Koakuma has long, flowing red hair, bright red eyes, and small bat-like wings protruding from her back, marking her as a demon. She wears a modified maid-like outfit, often in shades of black and white, which complements her role as an assistant. Her appearance and demeanor give her an alluring yet mischievous aura, fitting her devilish nature.

Despite her troublesome tendencies, Koakuma is ultimately loyal to Patchouli and the Scarlet Devil Mansion. She enjoys reading, experimenting with magic, and playing harmless pranks on unsuspecting visitors. Though often overlooked compared to the mansion’s more prominent residents, her sharp wit, subtle charm, and quiet magical talents make her an intriguing and indispensable presence in the mansion’s library.
