During the 2025 attack on Los Angeles, California, she made a deal between the Avalon shell company and a struggling drone startup. This caught Sevati’s attention, leading her to take Emma Kagan under her wing and eventually appoint her as CEO of The Guild in 2033.

After becoming CEO, Emma expanded The Guild into something much larger. However, as the organization grew, Emma became increasingly greedy and eventually turned into a ruthless villain following the 2025 Los Angeles Incident. She exploited the public's fear of Menendez's threat by using deepfake AI technology to fabricate a false story about his survival, spreading terror and propaganda and causing widespread public panic.
