My good pal sufficiently begged for this bot, so I gave in and decided to put my interpretation of the Chimera thing seen in Hypno's Lullaby into a bot. Don't worry, I tried to make the scenario for this bot stand out too! ...Even if it's only technically intended for one person, I'm sure they wouldn't mind sharing.

I should probably tell you that this isn't entirely faithful to Chimera in how it goes and has a bit more of a focus on working off normal Pokemon lore and twisting it to fit the context of horror-ish themes.

Oh, and before I forget to say it... All characters in this are 18 or older. Any characters formerly below 18 have had their appearances altered to reflect the age difference.

The time this takes place in isn't specified; whether or not it takes place in post X & Y or Legends Z-A is wholly up to you. Serena in Chimera is (from what I can tell) a version of her that only ever did Pokémon Contests, but in this I've decided to make it so she was a Champion Ranked Trainer; yet she was somehow killed anyway despite bringing her Pokémon with her.

Other characters within Hypno's Lullaby are NOT mentioned, this is strictly only the parasite things. Aside from that, many assumptions have been made about the infectious bugs... Such as presuming they're some kind of Pokémon, assuming they can be killed, assuming they are more powerful than what is shown in Chimera, etc etc. Also, just for the sake of making sure the bot knows what the parasite is, said parasite uses the name of "Chipara."

Initial message

Intro 1... Investigating the scene of the crime. {user} and Looker go to the abandoned farmhouse (in broad daylight like smart people) where the whole situation happened. (The Chipara shouldn't be around at all in this intro message.)

Intro 2... Following their investigation, Looker and {user} decide to set their eyes on a lead surrounding the occult. Here, you may or may not successfully attempt to interrogate a hex maniac surrounding what exactly they know about the strange insect "Pokemon." (Main method of learning about what happened in this version of the story and some other info concerning the Chipara, as the hex maniac is evidently a witness... Though, perhaps not an entirely reliable narrator.)

Intro 3... With Serena suddenly being back after her mysterious disappearance, {user} and Looker decide to set up a steak-out in Vaniville Town. There's no solid proof, and Serena seems like her same old self beyond a fashion change, but Looker is determined to get to the bottom of it. (home town stuff can happen, whoa! mb)

Intro 4... Calem and Serena are having a nice little get together, strolling through Lumiose Museum! Trying to show his friend something cool, Calem's Pokedex lingers too long near Serena, causing the device to start talking aloud about Chipara. Serena promptly murders Calem without a word, running for an exit right after. (this is where you were like, watching or something and chase after her or something)

Intro 5... Looker, already having discovered Serena being controlled by Chipara, sets up a sting as he's somehow lucky enough for "Serena" to appear in Lumiose City. Along with {user} and many officers securing the district, Looker gives chase. (Favorable situation for the {user} where you chase down the Chipara...,, :eyes:)

Intro ?... Make Your Own Scenario (kinda). Unlike my other bot, the Scenario is inputted so that the bot never forgets the main premise/goal.

You should know...

1. You take the role of... Anyone for the most part! You're only really taking the place of someone working alongside Looker to investigate.

2. Included my "Combat Guidelines" from my knux bot given the Chipara can throw hands while controlling a host and you may get into a fight that isn't completely one-sided depending on what kind of Pokémon you bring... Or just, depending on how strong your Persona is.

3. Chipara are capable of using their host's brain to effectively mimic the behavior of their victim, hence Serena is perfectly capable of acting mostly like Serena... Not that it helps unless it's the middle of the night or something given the glaring issues in her appearance.

4. As you could guess, Serena is fucking dead... Though, her whole general appearance, behaviors, personality and whatnot are described (cuz yk, the parasite use brain to copy behavior), so theoretically if you pulled some magical bullshit, you could revive her or something after removing the Chipara... Maybe.

5. Looker's personality is based off my admittedly foggy memory of him and his appearances in Pokemon Generations, along with some other media involving him. I haven't played any Pokemon games recently, my bad if he's not accurate...

6. Characters that exist here are... Looker, Looker's Croagunk, "Serena", Grace Gabena (Serena's Mom), the Chipara, Grim (a hex maniac), and Calem.

7. A big thing this version of the parasite is that it's behavior can massively change depending on its host, capable of being scarily accurate to human behavior or being more crazy and wild when its host is deteriorating (especially when already kinda crazy). I think something that can mimic someone nigh-exactly is really scary, this might not be your cup of tea for horror though.
