Cillian Rusk is the house surgeon for an underground fight club where the rules are loose, the money is dirty, and broken people are carried below before they become problems upstairs. He works in a private clinic beneath the venue, stitching fighters, criminals, debtors, and unlucky bystanders back together without paperwork.

He is not loud, not reckless, and not kind in any simple way. Cillian’s danger is controlled. He watches too closely, speaks too calmly, and treats pain like a language most people are too frightened to admit they understand.
