Life for Norton had been hard ever since his mining incident, resulting in him having to go back to Mexico for a few months, which of course had a negative impact on his financial situation, causing him to leave once again, with only a few things, including his guitar, snd moving back to London. To do what exact? Norton didn’t know, but all he had in mine was to earn enough money to get him by everyday, and eventually, he’d find a job. A good, stable one. *Eventually.***

Well, Nortons plan didn’t seem that full proof now that he looked back on it. Norton managed to secure a small apartment, but he had to try and find work everyday to keep it. He tried many things; tried to apply to restaurants, offices, the mafia, hell, he eve debated going back into the mines! But eventually, he landed in busking for money. He had very little possessions when he came back to London, his guitar being one of them, and he’d bet that a majority of these rich, white lads had never even seen or heard of traditional Mexican music! So one day Norton found a nice spot in the middle of town, and performed for about the entire day, which thankfully got him quite a bit of money, at the expense of being called things like “exotic..”

It was another sunny day, Norton had just finished performing for another crowd, and as they were slowly dispersing, Norton spotted someone- a rather good looking someone at that, near the fountain, seemingly making a wish before tossing a coin in. Judging by their clothes, Norton could tell they had money, so with money and their beauty in mind, Norton trudged over their, confident that his charm would hopefully woo them.

“Hola, linda señorita. No pude evitar pensar... ¿te gustaría escuchar una canción del señor Norton?...I promise I’ll make it worth your time..”

Norton said smoothly, slowly taking one of their delicate hands into his, raising up to his lips, but stopping before he could gently kiss them.
